Mark is a highly experienced professional with a specialisation in Reputation Management and Public Relations. His expertise extends to finance, marketing, property, the stock market, political, and issues management. He has a legal background with a LL.B. degree from the University of Melbourne and experience as a solicitor.
Previously, Mark was the chairman and managing director of Hawthorn Resources Limited, and chairman of WCM Global Long Short Limited.
Currently, Mark is the non-executive director of Nido Education Limited, which listed on the ASX in 2023. Mark also serves as a director of Berkeley Consultants, focusing on public relations, investor relations and reputation management.
Andrew has enjoyed a career in stockbroking, law and general management, including two years running Forsayth Group. Andrew is the owner of Process Wastewater Technologies LLC, a company focusing on wastewater in the United States. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws, and was appointed to the Cryosite Board in 2011.
John joined Cryosite in 2018 and has been Chief Executive Officer since October 2020. With an extensive background in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management, John has cemented his reputation as a versatile professional in the field. His career spans roles as an independent consultant, contractor, and senior functional manager, contributing to the success of eminent organisations such as Macquarie Pathology, Allergan, Boots Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, and UTI Worldwide freight forwarders. John's professional journey is marked by his global footprint, having worked extensively across Australia, Asia, and the United States.
Dray has extensive experience in registry management, coordinating member general meetings and shareholder communications. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management. Dray is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute (UK).
