Cryosite’s effective and efficient reverse logistics supply chain allows us to recapture the value of your clinical trial supplies and return them to you. We manage the full returns process to minimise logistics risk.

At the end of each clinical trial, we organise collection of unused medication from different points in the supply chain, including patients and investigator sites. We maintain cold chain logistics during collection while inventory management reconciles each tablet, capsule, injectable or other product. We ensure drug integrity and return valuable product to you with a full audit record.

Alternatively, we can arrange for proper disposal, including destruction of controlled medicines, with a Certificate of Destruction issued upon completion for your records.
